I have always had a knack for helping people and I knew once I saw a commercial for Massage Therapy that I had found my calling; My teachers were amazed because I picked it up so quickly. In school I studied Reiki. Upon graduation, I went on to study CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release. I have been practicing Massage Therapy since 2007.

I am interested in the connections between the mind, body and spirit, particularly the different ways these connections can be utilized to benefit the body as a whole without the use of surgery or medication. In addition to a certificate in Massage Therapy, I have continued on this path with an Associate of Science Degree in Human Services and a Bachelors of Science in Holistic Psychology.

I will work intuitively with you and focus on who you are as a whole on both your physical and emotional levels. Whether to maintain health and flexibility, regulate chronic pain or relieve an injury, each session will be tailored to meet your needs.
